New Construction Custom-Built House in Painted Tree Woodland North Subdivision
CLOSED and congratulations to our clients on this customized new construction house in the modern Painted Tree Woodland North subdivision.
Our clients were referred to us from an existing customer as they were looking for representation when negotiating with the builders and going through each phase of the real estate purchasing process.
After visiting briefly, we tailored a gameplan based on their tastes for the house, investment goals and how we'd present to the builder.
We were able to come to an agreement with the builder, go under contract and secure thousands in concessions that our clients were able to utilize towards their closing and financing costs.
Prior to closing, we went through several builder meetings, targeted inspections and walkthroughs to ensure the property's integrity was intact and ready for move-in.
Worth noting that while the property was a new-build, our inspections uncovered a significant plumbing and structural challenge that needed to be addressed prior to our clients taking possession.
Not only were we able to get the repairs completed by the builder, we still closed on time!
