We're seeing more of the same with these stats / results: housing inventory continuing to flood the market and apply pressure on sellers and their listing amounts / prices.
Properties must be priced according to the comps /analysis to move in this market.. buyers are beginning to take back some control and help combat against stubborn mortgage / lending rates.
