• Median Closing Amount: $400,000 (-1.2%) vs April 2024 (YOY)
• Active Listings: 32,831 properties (+39.5%) YOY
• Days on Market: 57 Days (+16%) YOY
• Closings: 8,130 properties (-4.7%) YOY

We're seeing more of the same with these stats / results: housing inventory continuing to flood the market and apply pressure on sellers and their listing amounts / prices.

Properties must be priced according to the comps /analysis to move in this market.. buyers are beginning to take back some control and help combat against stubborn mortgage / lending rates.
