• Median Sales Price: $385,000 or -2.7% vs October 2024 (YOY)
• Active Listings: 35,051 properties or +16.3% YOY
• Days on Market: 64 Days or +7.3% YOY
• Closings: 7,532 properties or +0.2% YOY

As affordability increases and lending rates have reached a 13-month low, buyers have more to smile about than in recent years.
