DFW Housing saw the following results in August 2025:

• Median Sales Price: $387,599 or -2.3% vs August 2024 (YOY)
• Active Listings: 36,404 properties or +22.4% (YOY)
• Days on Market: 58 Days or +13.7% (YOY)
• Closings: 8,246 properties or +1.6% (YOY)

The consistent accumulation of listings has provided relief for buyers as prices have began to decline across DFW due to the influx of inventory.

Look for a continued shift towards a "buyers market" in DFW through the end of the year.
