Each of these properties tells a different story-- (2) were primary residence purchases, meaning our clients will live in them.
We strategically crafted each offer allowing both properties to be purchased under the initial listing amount with thousands of dollars in seller concessions being provided to our clients at closing.
The other (3) properties were purchased as investments with projected annual gross returns near 10%-- far-exceeding the current treasury yield.
We out-competed multiple offers on (2) of these investment properties, working into the night on the weekend to secure them for our client.
The (3rd) investment property was an off-market acquisition where we strategically located the owner and negotiated until we were able to agree on all terms and close in under two weeks!
